Hot Tub, Gorgeous Lake Views, Huge Decks, Pets ok!

- Due to previous problems (and we're sure this doesn't apply to you) we've needed to implement a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under 21 are more than welcome to stay as guests as long as they're accompanied by parents or guardian over the age of 21. - Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Arriving slightly early or wanting that extra hour of sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first. - We kindly ask guests to refrain from entering the garage area under the living space of the guest house. - If you're coming to Bear Lake to party, Garden City is a great place to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Though we're sure it won't come to it, serious complains of unruly behavior will result in being asked to leave. Not good for you and not good for us. - To ensure we keep the floors squeaky clean for our guests, we have a no shoes on the carpet policy in our home. We want you to enjoy the beach, just without bring it inside. - While we do a great job cleaning before each guest arrives. To help us keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests we ask you prior to leaving to put used towels in the hamper and any trash to be put in the trash bins. - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is plumbing problems. To prevent this, we kindly as you to place things like sanitary napkins in the waste bin. Here's to having a royal flush stay :). - We understand accidents happen. But, we ask that when they do you let us know. Chances are we can fix it as effortlessly as possible. Which means a better chance you'll get your full security deposit back. - Being a family home, we have a no smoking policy. - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is not just our rule, it's also the law. - To ensure all our guests have the perfect vacation for them and their families, we've set a 2 day minimum booking. Please contact us directly to find out if we can accommodate a shorter booking. - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to guests like you) we ask that you turn off lights, AC and heaters when you leave or not using them. The going green movement will thank you too :). - Have a pet? Please ask us first. - In the event that you want additional guests to stay in the home, please let us know. We're reasonable people and will accommodate wherever possible.
