Though we're sure it won't come to it, serious complains of unruly behavior will result in being asked to leave. Not good for you and not good for us. - To ensure we keep the floors squeaky clean for our guests, we have a no shoes policy in our home. We want you to enjoy the beach, just without bring it inside. - While we do a great job cleaning before each guest arrives. To help us keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests we ask you prior to leaving to put used towels in the hamper and any trash to be put in the trash bins. - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is plumbing problems. To prevent this, we kindly as you to place things like sanitary napkins in the waste bin. Here's to having a royal flush stay :). - We understand accidents happen. But, we ask that when they do you let us know. Chances are we can fix it as effortlessly as possible. Which means a better chance you'll get your full security deposit back. - Being a family home, we have a no smoking policy. - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is not just our rule, it's also the law. - To ensure all our guests have the perfect vacation for them and their families, we've set a 3 day minimum booking. Please contact us directly to find out if we can accommodate a shorter booking. - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to guests like you) we ask that you turn off lights, AC and heaters when you leave or not using them.
